Employment List. A list of persons who have been found qualified for employment in a specific class.
Employment List. The Local Union shall establish and maintain open and non-discriminatory employment lists for use of Plasterers desiring employment on work covered by this Agreement within the labor market area. A Plasterer’s name shall be entered on said list after he has presented himself to the Union office in the labor market area and presented satisfactory evidence of having had the required minimum number of years experience in the plastering trade or having successfully completed an approved Apprenticeship Training program. Plasterers who so qualify shall have their names entered on the list in the order in which they present themselves for registration.
Employment List. The list of bargaining unit members who have been laid off. During a specific period of time (usually 39 months; in some cases 63 months) following a layoff, the District must offer appropriate vacancies to those on the re-employment list prior to otherwise filling the vacancies. See Article 24
Employment List. A list of names of persons who may be considered for employment with the City under specific conditions. Such lists may be designated as either a re- employment, reinstatement, or promotional list.
Employment List. In the event the appointing authority and/or Personnel Officer chose to extend the list as provided in the Personnel Rules and Regulations Article 7, Employment Lists, Section 7.2 (a) Duration of Lists, each employee on the list will be personally notified. If the appointing authority and/or Personnel Director chose to further approve the same list for an additional six months, the City will personally notify each employee on the list of such extension. All such notifications shall be in writing, with a copy to be sent to the Association.
Employment List. The Contractor and each Subcontractor shall keep or cause to be kept an accurate record for work on this Project showing the names, addresses, social security numbers, work classification, straight time and overtime hours worked and occupations of all laborers, workers and mechanics employed by them in connection with the performance of this Contract or any subcontract thereunder, and showing also the actual per diem wage paid to each of such workers, which records shall be open at all reasonable hours to inspection by the Owner, its officers and agents and to the representatives of the Division of Labor Law Enforcement of the State Department of Industrial Relations.
