Employment in Excluded Positions. (1) An employee accepting a continuous position with the Employer which is outside of the bargaining unit shall retain his/her seniority accumulated prior to the date of leaving the bargaining unit.
Employment in Excluded Positions. A) An employee accepting a position of a continuous nature which is with the same Employer but outside of her bargaining unit, shall retain her seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the bargaining unit, for a period of ninety (90) calendar days.
Employment in Excluded Positions. An employee temporarily substituting in an excluded position with the Employer shall continue to accumulate their seniority.
