Employment Eligibility; Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Consultants. To the same extent and under the same conditions as Contractor, Contractor shall require all of its subcontractors, sub-subcontractors and consultants performing any work or Services relating to the Project or this Agreement to make the same verifications and comply with all requirements and restrictions provided for in Section 3.2.9.1.
