Employer Directives. 8.01 The Employer shall provide the Union and its Representative with a copy of all personnel directives which are intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Agreement.

Where the Association proposes to issue a personnel directive which is intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Agreement, the Association shall consult with the Union prior to issuing the directives.
