Employer Decision. The decision of the employer as to the need for termination or reassignment for special reasons shall be final.
Employer Decision. (a) If following an Employer requested medical examination, any employee is deemed by the employer, based on the medical results and physician recommendations, to be physically incapable or carrying out his/her regularly assigned duties, the employee shall be reclassified subject to Article 16.07.
