Employees conduct. The Licensee shall ensure that all persons employed behave in an orderly and disciplined manner and that the said employees are prohibited from carrying on any unlawful, unfair activities or demonstrations. The personnel deployed shall be decent, courteous and without any adverse or criminal background. In this connection, Licensee shall be required to furnish declaration to Licensor with respect to all his personnel deployed. Further within 45 days of issue of LOI, Licensee shall submit police verification report in respect of all its personnel shall be furnished by the Licensee to Licensor. All the Licensee’s personnel shall be required to possess ID card while working in Licensor’s premises as per prevailing procedure. Access inside other premises of the Licensor’s property shall not be allowed without prior approval from authorized personals from Licensor.
