Common use of Employees and Agents Clause in Contracts

Employees and Agents. This Article 9 shall not limit the right or ability of the Partnership, to the extent and in the manner permitted by law, to indemnify and to advance expenses to persons other than Covered Persons when and as authorized by appropriate action. Moreover, nothing in this Article 9 shall limit the right or ability of the Partnership, to the extent and in the manner permitted by law, to indemnify and to advance expenses to officers of the Partnership. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Partnership may, to the extent authorized from time to time by the General Partner, provide rights to indemnification and advancement of expenses to employees and agents of the Partnership.
