EMPLOYEE WORK YEAR. Section 1. Contracts with certified personnel shall be in writing and shall state the length of time the contract is in force, the total compensation for the contract period, together with the schedule of periodic payments. Such contract shall be approved by the Board, signed by the Employee, president and secretary of the Board and filed with the secretary. Teachers' contracts will extend over a period of one hundred ninety (190) days.
