Common use of Employee Training Clause in Contracts

Employee Training. All workforce members who assist in the performance of 10 11 functions or activities on behalf of COUNTY in connection with AgreementContract, or access or disclose PHI 11 12 COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on 12 13 behalf of COUNTY, must complete information privacy and security training, at least annually, at 13 14 CONTRACTOR’s expense. Each workforce member who receives information privacy and security 14 15 training must sign a certification, indicating the member’s name and the date on which the training was 15 16 completed. These certifications must be retained for a period of six (6) years following the termination 16 17 of AgreementContract.
