Common use of Employee Time Clause in Contracts

Employee Time. In the absence of a cook/xxxxx, an intern or rotating cook/xxxxx IIA may be requested. If no intern, rotating cook/xxxxx IIA, or substitute is available and additional time is necessary for the completion of assigned duties, the additional time may be distributed to employees by the manager. Employees are to be compensated for the extra time, if time is pre-approved by the manager.
