Employee Standards. 4.2.1 Lessee shall recruit, train, supervise, direct, and deploy the optimum number of employees to match the service requirements of this Lease. Each employee shall: (1) be clean, neat, free from offensive body odor, professional, courteous, friendly, and not wear excessive amounts of jewelry, perfume, or cologne; (2) wear Lessor-approved uniforms and clearly display an Airport security identification badge showing the names of the employee and employer at all times while at the Airport. If an employee is found within a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) without an Airport security identification badge clearly displayed, Lessee shall discipline, and, if necessary, discharge, the employee.

Each employee shall: (1) be clean, neat, and attired in the approved uniform; (2) be free from offensive body odor; (3) be professional, courteous, and friendly to the public; (4) not wear excessive amounts of jewelry, perfume, or cologne; and (5) wear the employee’s Airport identification at all times, showing the names of both the Concessionaire and the employee, within the guidelines of all local, state and federal laws. Concessionaire shall discipline and, if necessary, discharge any employee who fails to conform to the foregoing standards while working at the Airport.

The Service Provider shall take disciplinary action against employees who disregard those standards. The Service Provider shall perform pre-employment suitability checks for all employees and prospective employees.
Employee Standards. Concessionaire shall recruit, provide proper training to ensure the certification and/or licensing of employees in all areas of service as their duties might practically and legally require, supervise, direct and deploy the number of qualified, trained and courteous employees necessary to provide services promptly to all customers in accordance with the service standards of a first-class concession. All employees shall be informative and helpful to the public. All employees shall be clean, neat, professional, courteous and of the highest character. All employees shall be attired appropriately and professionally in clean identifiable dress and in keeping with attire worn by personnel in similar first-class businesses in the Denver metropolitan area. All employees must at all times properly display the official Airport identification badge and Concessionaire's identification name tag. Concessionaire's identification name tag shall clearly display the name of the Concessionaire. In the event that the City initiates one or more customer service programs for employees of tenants operating concessions at the Airport, City reserves the right to require Concessionaire to fully participate (and cause its employees to participate) in such programs and shall pay immediately to the City its share of such costs upon invoice by the City.

Employee Standards. VENUWORKS will employ trained and neatly uniformed employees and said employees shall conduct themselves at all times in a proper and respectful manner. Any dismissal shall be in accordance with VENUWORKS' corporate policy and applicable federal, state and local laws which may be in effect and, further, shall be in compliance with applicable union or labor organizational agreements which may be in effect at the time of said dismissal and VENUWORKS shall defend, indemnify and save CITY harmless from any claim, cause of action, expense (including attorneys' fees) lost, cost or damage of any kind or nature arising there from, except in the case of express written direction from CITY.
Employee Standards. Licensee shall employ all management and other personnel necessary for the efficient operation of the Licensed Business. The Licensed Business shall be operated solely by Licensee’s employees, and not by independent contractors, sub-contractors, sub-licensees or by any other such arrangement; provided that Licensee may engage third parties to perform marketing and customer outreach services.
