Employee Resignation. Unless the Parties otherwise agree, in the event Employee voluntarily resigns his/her position as District Health Officer and Executive Secretary before the expiration of the Specified Term, Employee shall give Employer six (6)months’ advance written notice. Employee shall be paid through the effective date of his/her resignation, plus all accrued benefits.
