Common use of Employee Representative Clause in Contracts

Employee Representative. Section 1. Employees covered by this Agreement are at all times entitled to act through an Association representative in taking any action or following any procedure under this Agreement. Section 2. Once a bargaining unit member files a grievance, he/she shall not be required to discuss the subject matter of the grievance without the presence of the Association representative, if the employee elects to be represented by the Association.
