EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. The provisions of this Section 10 shall not supersede the Employee Proprietary Information Agreement (the "Proprietary Agreement") between Employee and the Company (or any other agreement of similar intent) which shall remain in full force and effect and, moreover, this Agreement, the Proprietary Agreement and any such other similar agreement between the parties shall be construed and applied as being mutually consistent to the full extent possible.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. Employee has executed a separate agreement between the parties hereto dated on even date herewith and attached hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof (the “Employee Proprietary Information Agreement”) covering, among other things, non-disclosure and assignment of inventions.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. Upon reasonable request by Company, Employee shall execute a separate agreement between the parties hereto made a part hereof covering, among other things, non-disclosure and assignment of inventions.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. Executive acknowledges and agrees that Executive shall continue to be bound and shall abide by the terms of the EPIA, including the provisions governing the non-disclosure of confidential information and restrictive covenants contained therein.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. You acknowledge your continuing obligation to comply with your Employee Proprietary Information Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. As an employee of Adaptec, Inc., its subsidiary or its affiliate (together, the "Company") and in consideration of the compensation now and hereafter paid to me, I agree to the following:
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. Employee recognizes that as a result of employment by EAI, she will come into possession of confidential information and as a condition of employment, agrees to execute and abide by the terms of the Employee Proprietary Information Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. The provisions of this Section 10 shall not supersede the Employee Proprietary Information Agreement (the "Proprietary Agreement") between Employee and the Company (or any other agreement of similar intent) which shall remain in full force and effect and, moreover, this Agreement, the Proprietary Agreement and any such other similar agreement between the parties shall be construed and applied as being mutually consistent to the full extent possible. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, the second paragraph of Section 10(g) hereof, but only such provisions which address Executive's personal memoirs (or any fictional or non-fictional derivative thereof), shall control in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between such provisions in Section 10(g) and the Proprietary Agreement or any other agreement of similar intent.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. Concurrently with or prior to the execution of this Agreement, Executive shall have signed an Employee Proprietary Information Agreement in the form required to be executed by each employee of the Company (“Employee Agreement”). Executive shall comply with the all terms of the Employee Agreement, including but not limited to any and all provisions relating to the disclosure and assignment of inventions and intellectual property rights, confidentiality and non-solicitation obligations.
EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AGREEMENT. Like all Company employees, you will be required, as a condition of your employment with the Company, to sign the Company’s Employee Proprietary Information Agreement, which includes the Assignment of Inventions provision.
