Common use of Employee Parking Clause in Contracts

Employee Parking. A. If the City intends to implement a flexcar program in a manner that would constitute a benefit for any employee(s), the parties agree to open negotiations to establish the elements of said program that are mandatory subjects of bargaining prior to program implementation.

If the City intends to implement a flexcar flex car program in a manner that would constitute a benefit for any employee(s)) represented by a Union that is a member of the Coalition of City Unions, the parties agree to open negotiations to establish the elements of said program that are mandatory subjects of bargaining prior to program implementation.
