Common use of Employee Lists Clause in Contracts

Employee Lists. Within five (5) days following Written Notification, the Company shall provide the Union with a complete list of all of its employees in the proposed bargaining unit who are eligible for Union representation. Such list shall include each employee’s full name, home address, job title and work location. Upon the completion of the Unit Determination Procedure described in Paragraph 3(d)(3) below, an amended list will be provided if the proposed unit is changed as a result of such Unit Determination Procedure. Thereafter during the Organizing Campaign, the Company will provide the Union with updated lists monthly.
