Employee Listing. The Employer will provide the Union monthly with a list of all employee hirings, transfers, promotions and terminations, in compliance with the Freedom of Information and
Employee Listing. The Contractor shall maintain a current Employee List and submit per Section F. The list shall include employee’s name, supervisor, company, and level of security clearance.

S.E.I.U. will hold the City harmless from any liability for errors resulting from errors on the listing provided by S.E.I.U.
Employee Listing. Upon Request by the Union, prepare a list setting form the present seniority dates, names, addresses, and telephone numbers for all employees in the bargaining unit.
Employee Listing. The Union may from time to time, but not more than once per year, request a list of names of its members, along with each employee’s mailing address, telephone number and classification in electronic format and such information shall be provided to the Union by the Employer within a reasonable period which shall be mutually agreed upon.
Employee Listing. The County agrees to provide the exclusive representative with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home, and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses on file with the County, and home addresses of newly hired employees within 30 days of initial hire or by the first pay period of the month following hire. The County also agrees to provide the exclusive representative with this information for all employees in the bargaining unit at least every 120 days.
