Common use of Employee Inventions Clause in Contracts

Employee Inventions. Each Employee Invention will belong exclusively to the Employer. The Employee acknowledges that all of the Employee's writing, works of authorship, creations, designs, layouts and methods related to the fabrication, manufacture, processing and production of the Company’s products, sales and marketing plans and strategies, and other Employee Inventions are works made for hire and the property of the Employer, including any copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto. If it is determined that any such works are not works made for hire, the Employee hereby assigns to the Employer all of the Employee's right, title, and interest, including all rights of copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights, to or in such Employee Inventions. The Employee covenants that he will promptly:
