Common use of Employee Information Clause in Contracts

Employee Information. Each of Seller and Purchaser will provide the other, in a timely manner, any information with respect to any Employee's or Former Employee's employment with and compensation from Seller, any Post-Closing Affiliate or Purchaser or any of its Affiliates, as the case may be, or rights or benefits under any employee benefit plan which the other party hereto may reasonably request.

Employee Information. Each of Seller and Purchaser Products will provide the other, in a timely manner, any information with respect to any Automotive Business Employee's or Former Employeeformer employee's employment with and compensation from Seller, any Post-Closing Affiliate of its Affiliates or Purchaser Products or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, as the case may be, or rights or of benefits under any employee benefit plan or arrangement which the other party hereto may reasonably request.

Each of Seller and Purchaser will provide the other, in a timely manner, any information with respect to any Closing Date Employee's, Employee's or Former Employee's employment with and compensation from Seller, any Post-Closing Affiliate of its Affiliates or Purchaser or any of its Affiliates, as the case may be, or rights or benefits under any employee benefit plan or arrangement which the other party hereto may reasonably request.

Each of Seller and Purchaser will provide the other, in a timely manner, any information with respect to any Hired Employee's or Former former Employee's employment with and compensation from Seller, any Post-Closing Affiliate of its Affiliates or Purchaser or any of its Affiliates, as the case may be, or rights or benefits under any employee benefit plan which the other party hereto may reasonably requestrequest and require.
