EMPLOYEE IMPROVEMENT. A. The Board will continue to seek the cooperation of employees, certificated and support professionals, in arranging in-service courses, workshops and programs designed to improve the quality of the employees' work. B. The Board will pay for any courses of study or work-related programs which it requires any employee to take, except in the case of a course of study required for certification of the teacher.
