Common use of Employee Facilities Clause in Contracts

Employee Facilities. The district shall designate adequate facilities for employees' lounges, restrooms, preparation/planning in each current and new permanent school. To the extent possible, any such facilities that are reduced to accommodate class size reduction efforts shall be restored as a priority facility expansion when class size limits have been achieved. To the extent possible, such facilities shall be secluded from students.
