Common use of Employee Eligibility Verification Clause in Contracts

Employee Eligibility Verification. 31 CONTRACTOR warrants that it shall fully comply with all federal and state statutes and 32 regulations regarding the employment of aliens and others and to ensure that employees, subcontractors, 33 and consultants performing work under this Agreement meet the citizenship or alien status requirements 34 set forth in federal statutes and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall obtain, from all 22 employees, 35 subcontractors, subcontractors and consultants performing work hereunder, all verification and other 23 documentation of 36 employment eligibility status required by federal or state statutes and regulations 24 including, but not 37 limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 8 USC X.X.X.XXX §1324 0000 et 25 seq., as they currently 1 exist and as they may be hereafter amended. CONTRACTOR shall obtain, from all employees, 35 subcontractors, 37 subcontractors and consultants performing work hereunder, all verification and other documentation of 36 1 employment eligibility status required by federal or state statutes and regulations including, but not 37 2 limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 8 USC U.S.C. §1324 et seq., as they currently 1 3 exist and as they may be hereafter amended. CONTRACTOR shall retain all such documentation for all 2 4 covered employees, subcontractors, subcontractors and consultants for the period prescribed by the law. 35

Employee Eligibility Verification. 31 8 CONTRACTOR warrants attests that it shall fully comply with all federal and state statutes and 32 regulations 9 regarding the employment of aliens and others and to ensure that employees, subcontractors, 33 and 10 consultants performing work under this Agreement Contract meet the citizenship or alien status requirements 34 set 11 forth in federal statutes and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall obtain, from all employees, 35 subcontractors, 24 subcontractors and consultants performing work hereunder, all verification and other documentation of 36 25 employment eligibility status required by federal or state statutes and regulations including, but not 37 26 limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 8 USC U.S.C. §1324 et seq., as they currently 1 27 exist and as they may be hereafter amended. Employee Eligibility Verification. 31 27 INTERMEDIARY warrants CONTRACTOR warrants attests that it shall make its best effort to fully 28 comply with all federal and state statutes and 32 regulations regarding the employment of aliens and others 29 and to ensure that employees, subcontractors, 33 and consultants employees performing work under this Agreement meet the citizenship or alien status requirements 34 30 requirement set forth in federal statutes and regulations. Employee Eligibility Verification. 31 34 CONTRACTOR warrants that it shall make its best effort to fully comply with all federal and state 35 statutes and 32 regulations regarding the employment of aliens and others and to ensure that employees, subcontractors, 33 36 subcontractors and consultants performing work under this Agreement meet the citizenship or alien 37 status requirements 34 requirement set forth in federal statutes and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall obtain, from all 1 employees, 35 subcontractors, subcontractors and consultants performing work hereunder, all verification and other 2 documentation of 36 employment eligibility status required by federal or state statutes and regulations 3 including, but not 37 limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 8 USC U.S.C. §1324 et seq., 4 as they currently 1 exist and as they may be hereafter amended. Employee Eligibility Verification. 31 9 CONTRACTOR warrants attests that it shall fully comply with all federal and state statutes and 32 regulations 10 regarding the employment of aliens and others and to ensure that employees, subcontractors, 33 and 11 consultants performing work under this Agreement meet the citizenship or alien status requirements 34 set 12 forth in federal statutes and regulations. CONTRACTOR shall obtain, from all employees, 35 13 subcontractors, and consultants performing work hereunder, all verification and other documentation of 36 14 employment eligibility status required by federal or state statutes and regulations including, but not 37 15 limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 8 USC §1324 et seq., as they currently 1 16 exist and as they may be hereafter amended. CONTRACTOR shall retain all such documentation for all 2 17 covered employees, subcontractors, and consultants for the period prescribed by the law. 318
