Common use of Employee Duties Clause in Contracts

Employee Duties. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the duties and responsibilities of Executive Vice President: Special Projects, reporting directly to Xxxx Xxxxx, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "Board"); provided, that if Xx. Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

Employee Duties. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the duties and responsibilities of Executive Senior Vice President: Special ProjectsPresident of Planning and Administration as more specifically identified on Exhibit A, reporting directly to Xxxx Xxxxx, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "Board"); provided, that if Xx. Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman Chief Executive Officer of the BoardEmployer or his designee. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities may be modified from time to time provided that such modified duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position, and shall not result in a material diminution of the Employee's position, responsibilities or authority.

Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of and the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

Employee Duties. (a) 2.1 During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall have the duties and responsibilities title of Executive Vice President: Special Projects, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and shall have the duties and responsibilities attached hereto as Exhibit A, reporting directly to Xxxx Xxxxx, Chairman the Chief Executive Officer of Employer and the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "“Board"”); provided, that if Xx. Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's ’s position.

Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

Xxxxx ceases to be an officer ) of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

(a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall shall, in her executive capacity, have the duties and responsibilities of Executive Vice President: Special ProjectsPresident of Sales and Marketing of the Employer, reporting directly to Xxxx Xxxxx, Chairman of the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "Board"); provided, that if Xx. Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.

Employee Duties. (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Employee shall serve as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and have the duties and responsibilities customarily associated with these positions in a company the size and nature of Executive Vice President: Special Projects, reporting the Company. Employee shall report directly to Xxxx Xxxxx, Chairman the Chief Executive Officer of Employer and the Board of Directors of the Employer (the "Board"); provided, that if Xx. Xxxxx ceases to be an officer of the Employer, then the Employee shall thereafter report to the person then serving as the Chairman of the Board. It is understood that such duties and responsibilities shall be reasonably related to the Employee's position.
