EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING. 29:01 Development Employees will be eligible for participation in the Company’s “Educational Assistance” policy. The Company reserves the sole right and discretion to amend or discontinue this policy. In the event this policy is discontinued, or all Locals request to cease participation in this policy, the “Development” language in the Collective Agreement that expired January 31, 2003 will be reinstated.
