Emergency Security Issues. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an Emergency Security Issue, then Google may automatically Suspend the offending use. Suspension will be to the minimum extent and of the minimum duration required to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue. If Google Suspends an End User Account for any reason without prior notice to Customer, at Customer's request, Google will provide Customer the reason for the Suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.
Emergency Security Issues. Despite the foregoing, if Customer or Customer’s end users use the Products and Services in violation of the AUP in a manner which could: (a) disrupt (i) the Products and Services; (ii) third parties’ use of the Products and Services; or (iii) the Google network or servers used to provide the Products and Services; or (b) permit unauthorized third party access to the Products and Services (collectively and individually, an “Emergency Security Issue”), then Customer acknowledges and agrees that Google may automatically suspend the offending Customer account, Application, or Project. Suspension will be to the minimum extent required, and of the minimum duration, to prevent or resolve the Emergency Security Issue. If Google suspends a Customer Application, Project, or account, for any reason, without prior notice to Partner or Customer, then Google will provide Partner with the reason for the suspension as soon as reasonably possible.
Emergency Security Issues. If there is an Emergency Security Issue, then Seesaw may automatically Suspend any offending End User. Suspension will be to the minimum extent and of the minimum duration required to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue.
Emergency Security Issues. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an Emergency Security Issue, occurring or threatened, then Learning Objects may automatically Suspend the offending Individual User. Suspension will be to the minimum extent required, and of the minimum duration, to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue. If Learning Objects Suspends an Individual User Account for any reason without prior notice to you, at your request, Learning Objects will provide you the reason for the suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.
Emergency Security Issues. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Customer's use of the Services in violation of this Agreement, could disrupt: (i) the Services; (ii) other customers' use of the Services; or (iii) the LabStats network or servers used to provide the Services, then LabStats may automatically Suspend the offending use. Suspension will be to the minimum extent and of the minimum duration required to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue. If LabStats Suspends an End User Account for any reason without prior notice to Customer, at Customer's request, LabStats will provide Customer the reason for the Suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.
Emergency Security Issues. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an Emergency Security Issue, then PredPol may automatically Suspend the offending use. Suspension will be to the minimum extent and of the minimum duration required to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue. If PredPol Suspends an End User Account for any reason without prior notice to Customer, at Customer's request, PredPol will provide Customer the reason in writing for the Suspension as soon as is reasonably possible but no later than 24 hours after suspension.

Emergency Security Issues. In the event that there is an Emergency Security Issue, OCLC reserves the right to automatically suspend the offending use. Suspension will be to the minimum extent required, and of the minimum duration, to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue. If OCLC suspends Service access for any reason without prior notice to Institution, at Institution’s request, OCLC will provide Institution the reason for the suspension as soon as is reasonably possible. These service suspensions are excluded from service availability calculations.

Suspension will be to the minimum extent and of the minimum duration required to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue. If Reclaim Hosting Suspends an End User Account for any reason without prior notice to Customer, at Customer's request, Reclaim Hosting will provide Customer the reason for the Suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.

Suspension will be to the minimum extent and of the minimum duration required to prevent or terminate the Emergency Security Issue. If Del Systems Suspends an End User Account for any reason without prior notice to Customer, at Customer's request, Del Systems will provide Customer the reason for the Suspension as soon as is reasonably possible.
