Emergency Response. If any event occurs during performance of the Work that causes or threatens to cause a release of Waste Material on, at, or from the Site and that either constitutes an emergency situation or that may present an immediate threat to public health or welfare or the environment, Respondents shall: (a) immediately take all appropriate action to prevent, ▇▇▇▇▇, or minimize such release or threat of release; (b) immediately notify the OSC or, in the event of their unavailability, the Regional Duty Officer at [insert Regional spill phone number] of the incident or Site conditions; and (c) take such actions in consultation with the OSC or authorized EPA officer and in accordance with all applicable provisions of this Settlement, including, the Health and Safety Plan, and any other applicable deliverable approved by EPA.
