Common use of Emergency Operations Clause in Contracts

Emergency Operations. NYSEG shall have the right, including but not limited to after receiving a directive from the NYISO, to direct TrAILCo to take action with regard to breakers at the Xxxxxx Xxxxx Substation necessary to disconnect the PBHC Segment in order to respond to an Emergency as set forth in Articles 9.10.1 and 9.10.2 below.
