Common use of Emergency Management Clause in Contracts

Emergency Management. 20.1 The Marina Management reserves the right to use the berth in the case of an emergency and also require the Berth Occupier to vacate the berth if necessary to allow urgent repairs to be carried out. In such circumstances the Marina Manager may with his best endeavours, but shall not be obliged to, provide an alternative berth.
