Emergency Maintenance. Major Incidents may require immediate maintenance. Any such maintenance will be considered “Emergency Maintenance”. Emergency Maintenance may occur outside scheduled Maintenance windows. LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances prior to Emergency Maintenance. Service SLAs WILL apply during Emergency Maintenance.
