Common use of Emergency Alert System Clause in Contracts

Emergency Alert System. Comcast shall comply with the Emergency Alert System requirements of the FCC.

Emergency Alert System. Comcast shall comply with all emergency or disaster notification requirements in accordance with the Emergency Alert System (“EAS”) requirements of the FCCFCC contained in 47 C.F.R. Part 11, “FCC Rules and Regulations, Emergency Alert System (EAS)” and cooperate with the Township in the formulation of an emergency alert plan to the extent required by federal and state law.
