Emergencies Notice. If the gas emergencies being handled by Party B affect or may affect a large group of users, Party B shall simultaneously inform Party A of the emergencies, and notify users who are affected or may be affected through proper means.
Emergencies Notice. In the event of an Emergency, Utility reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary with respect to any Wireless Facility in order to avert or remedy the Emergency. In such an Emergency, Utility shall give notice to Licensee’s emergency contact as soon as reasonably possible.
