Email Campaigns a) Excite and Client will cooperate in developing customized email campaigns for Client featuring Client's merchandise during the term of the Agreement. All email marketing campaigns will comply with Excite's then-current user data and privacy policies.

The Affiliate shall not use any unsolicited or spam emails to promote the Site(s) or the services provided through the Site(s) and any and all such emails shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and directives, including without limitation those relating to proper and fair electronic marketing.

Affiliate's emails containing the Links may not include any content other than the Links, except as required by applicable law.
Email Campaigns. Any email marketing campaigns implemented by Affiliate shall only be sent to consumers who have elected to receive such emails and shall comply with all applicable laws related to email and electronic communications. Affiliate is not authorized to send emails on behalf of RM. The “from” line in any such email shall not contain the word “RM” or “RevMax Marketing, Inc..” Valid spamming complaints will result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of any unpaid Commissions.
