Eligible Employee. An eligible employee, for bumping purposes, is one who: a. has been notified of the elimination of his/her position and scheduled for layoff; or b. has been notified of a reduction of hours; or c. is subject to being bumped by a person defined in A.3.a. or A.3.b.
