Common use of Eligible Employee Clause in Contracts

Eligible Employee. An eligible employee is one who is eligible for overtime 2 compensation in accordance with Section B of this Article. Eligible employees are in 3 classifications in Appendix A and B shown as Code 1 or Code 2.
