Eligible Diagnosis Sample Clauses
Eligible Diagnosis. Adults included in the target population must have a diagnosable mental, behavioral, or emotional disorder of sufficient duration to meet diagnostic criteria for Serious Mental Illness (SMI), specified including: Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders, Mood Disorders, PTSD, Somatoform Disorders, Dementia due to Alzheimers, Factitious Disorders, Dissociative Disorders, Eating Disorders, Impulse- Control Disorders not elsewhere classified, Personality Disorders; Developmental Disability when co- occurring with one of the above diagnosis. Dual or multiple diagnoses. To include the co-existing conditions of mental illness and substance abuse; and, developmental disabilities and mental illness. Exclusions as the sole diagnosis (See Appendix for Serious Mental Illness (SMI) Criteria Checklist). Disorders usually first diagnosed in infancy, childhood or adolescence Delirium, dementia (not due to Alzheimers), amnesic, and other cognitive disorders.
