Eligible Business Status. The Borrower is an Eligible Business. The Borrower possesses all necessary certificates, franchises, licenses, permits, rights, designations, authorizations, exemptions, concessions, frequencies and consents which relate to the conduct of its business and operations as currently conducted, except where failure to do so, either individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower holds a repair station certificate issued pursuant to 14 C.F.R. Part 145.
