Eligibility of Officers. Except as otherwise required by the Articles of Incorporation or by resolution adopted by the Board of Directors, the president, secretary, treasurer, and such other officers as may be appointed need not be stockholders or directors of the corporation. Any person may hold more than one office, provided the duties thereof can be consistently performed by the same person.
Eligibility of Officers. The Chairman of the Board, if any, and the President, shall each be a Director of the Corporation. The Vice Presidents, Secretary and Treasurer and such other officers as may be appointed may be but need not be Directors of the Corporation. The same person may hold the offices of Secretary and Treasurer.

Eligibility of Officers. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, any Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, any Chief Executive Officer and any President of the Corporation shall be Directors. The office of Chief Executive Officer may be held by a person who does not also hold the office of President. In the case where a Chief Executive Officer who is not a President has been appointed by the Board of Directors, any President also appointed shall not be chief executive officer, but shall have such other powers and responsibilities as are prescribed by the Board of Directors and these Bylaws. Any person may hold more than one office provided, however, that none of the Corporate Secretary, any Treasurer, any Chief Financial Officer or any Controller shall at the same time hold the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors or any office as Chief Executive Officer or President.

Eligibility of Officers. All officers, except the pastor shall be a member of the church before being placed in nomination. Officers’ lives must demonstrate their spiritual maturity and agreement with the Church Covenant. In addition, pastors’ lives must be characterized by the qualifications of 1Timothy 3:8-13 and Acts 6:1-6. An office will remain vacant if there are no qualified candidates.

  • Election of Officers The officers of the Trust, except such officers as may be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 or Section 5 of this Article V, shall be chosen by the Trustees, and each shall serve at the pleasure of the Trustees, subject to the rights, if any, of an officer under any contract of employment.

Any resignation is without prejudice to the rights, if any, of the corporation under any contract to which the officer is a party.
