Eligibility for Vacation. Vacation time begins to accumulate with the date of employment, but no employee shall be eligible to take paid vacation time off, or receive pay in lieu of vacation time, before he/she has completed probation.

Therefore, employees shall not be eligible to take for paid vacation time off, or receive pay in lieu of vacation time, before he/she has it accrues, or before they have completed probationsix calendar months of employment.
