Eligibility for Occupancy. To maintain eligibility for occupancy during the academic year, the Licensee must be an enrolled student at Cal State LA for a minimum of 12 undergraduate or 8 graduate units during each semester. Exceptions may be granted by the Director of Housing and Residence Life or a designee. To maintain eligibility for the summer academic semester, the Licensee must meet one of the following criteria:
