Eligibility for FMLA Leave. In order to be eligible for a FMLA leave of absence the employee must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the FMLA and FMLA regulations. For instance, an employee must have worked for the Employer for at least one (1) year and worked at least one thousand two hundred and fifty (1250) hours in the previous twelve (12) consecutive months prior to the date the leave is requested.

Eligibility for FMLA Leave. An officer who has been employed by the CITY for at least twelve (12) months (not necessarily continuously) and worked at least one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) hours within the previous twelve (12) month period shall be eligible for FMLA leave under this Section.
Eligibility for FMLA Leave. All contracted employees shall be eligible to request FMLA Leave provided that in the previous year he/she was at least a 50% employee. Part-time employees who have established eligibility as stated above shall be granted FMLA leave proportional to their contracted employment.
Eligibility for FMLA Leave. Any Teacher Aide, Teacher Assistant, or Nurse Aide who has worked full time for the Xxxxx Central School District or who has been in paid status during the 12 months immediately preceding commencement of leave, is deemed to be eligible regardless of the number of hours in his/her full-time work year.
Eligibility for FMLA Leave. Employees who have worked for a total of at least 12 months and who have worked at least 1,250 hours during the previous 12 months are eligible for up to 12 weeks of FMLA Leave each year. This will include 12 weeks each for husband and wife if they both work for the Company. Entitlement for leave is calculated on a rolling 12 month basis. For military caregive leave only, employees may take up to 26 weeks or leave in a single twelve-month period.
