Eligibility for Employer Contribution. First day of the next month after completing a 12-month eligibility period in which he or she is credited with at least 1,000 Hours of Service. For each period for which Participant Contributions are made, the Employer shall make Employer Contributions, as set forth below, on behalf of each Participant who is a Local 12026 Springfield Employee.
