ELIGIBILITY and COVERAGE. a) Permanent and long-term assignment employees shall be eligible for benefits consistent with eligibility requirements as set out by the Trust. The OSSTF ELHT shall maintain eligibility for OSSTF represented education workers who have benefits. Education Workers who were eligible for benefits in the ELHT as of Aug 31, 2019 shall maintain their eligibility. Daily and casual employees are not eligible, nor are other employees who do not meet the Trust’s eligibility criteria.
