Elevator And Lobby. Landlord agrees that it will not construct any improvements on or near the outside of Building 3, including, without limitation, a new elevator and lobby. Landlord shall have access to the interior of the Demised Premises during the last nine (9) months of the Term (or Extended Term) solely for measuring and preparing plans for alterations to be performed by Landlord after the expiration of the Term (or Extended Term), so long as there is no disruption of or interference with Tenant's operations.
