Elementary and Secondary. If a teacher shall teach more than the normal teaching load, as set forth in this Article, he/she shall receive additional compensation at the rate of one-sixth (l/6) of one's daily rate of pay for each hour of classroom teaching assignment over the normal teaching load. If a teacher shall fail to teach a normal teaching load he or she shall receive reduced compensation at the rate of 1/6 of ones daily rate of pay for each hour of classroom teaching assignment under the normal teaching load.
