All closing documents, certificates, and related instruments may be executed by electronic transmission. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files, and other reproductions of original executed documents (or documents executed by electronic transmission) shall be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law.

  • Secure Information Handling and Transfers 7.1 Physical and electronic handling, processing and transferring of DWP Data, including secure access to systems and the use of encryption where appropriate.

  • Fund Transactions The Advisor is authorized to select the brokers or dealers that will execute the purchases and sales of portfolio securities for the Fund. With respect to brokerage selection, the Advisor shall seek to obtain the best overall execution for fund transactions, which is a combination of price, quality of execution and other factors.   • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
