Common use of Electronic Delivery and Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Electronic Delivery and Acceptance. 9.1 The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to Restricted Stock Units awarded under the Plan or future Restricted Stock Units that may be awarded under the Plan by electronic means or request the Participant’s consent to participate in the Plan by electronic means.
