The Electronic Bulletin Board clause establishes the use of a digital platform for posting official communications, notices, or documents relevant to the parties involved in an agreement. The Hospital will provide an electronic bulletin board to be used for notices pertaining to the Union and its membership, such use will comply with the hospital’s policies and procedures on the use of the electronic communication. Access to post notices or information will be provided for the Bargaining Unit President or a designated committee member.

Electronic Bulletin Board. CTA may contract separately with Utility to access and use Electronic Bulletin Board, pursuant to Tariff Rule No. 33 “eElectronic Bulletin Board," incorporated herein as an integral part of this Contract (see Attachment E).

Potential Replacement Shippers also may post offers to purchase service rights and bids for capacity through Transporter's EBB. Such postings shall be made through the interactive features of Transporter's EBB and shall remain posted for at least 30 days. Transporter reserves the right to request modifications in, or to delete all or any portion of, postings that do not conform to the requirements of Section 14.2(b) below; provided, however, that Transporter shall have no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or other aspects of these postings from third parties on its EBB.
