Common use of Electronic Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Electronic Acceptance. This Agreement, including the documents referred to above in clause 2, shall all be deemed to be duly accepted by Client if Client clicks the Kajabi “Accept” button; for the avoidance of doubt, in the absence of such acceptance, the order cannot proceed. If any of these documents and / or the Website contains an element to which you are unwilling to give your agreement, you must immediately cease to use the Website and / or other Services SDGE offers.
