Common use of ELECTRICITY SUPPLY Clause in Contracts

ELECTRICITY SUPPLY. In case CESC Ltd decides not to provide individual meters to the Tower and makes provision for a High Tension Supply or Bulk Supply, the Promoter shall provide individual sub-meters to the Allottee(s)s upon payment by them of the proportionate security deposit payable to CESC Ltd. / any other electricity supply agency for such connection. The exact amount payable by the Allottee(s) will be intimated to the Allottee(s) before possession. The amount of security deposit would be subject to revision as may be so decided by CESC Ltd. / any other electricity supply agency from time to time and all Allottee(s)s shall, at all times, be liable to proportionately pay such revision/replenishment to CESC Ltd. / any other electricity supply agency, as per the norms of CESC Ltd. / any other electricity supply agency. In such a case the Allottee(s) may be required to enter into a separate agreement with the Promoter for supply of electricity through sub meters.

The exact amount payable by the Allottee(s) will be intimated to the Allottee(s) before possession.
