Electrical Engineering Review Sample Clauses

Electrical Engineering Review. For each Site, the Contractor shall assess its proposed interconnection along with the Site’s electrical distribution system to ensure that the proposed Project may be interconnected in a safe and code compliant manner. Such assessment shall be conducted by a licensed electrical engineer. The Contractor will also refer to and/or consult with the Local Electric Utility regarding its requirements to interconnect with the electric distribution system.
